Contracted Support

We will work with you to determine which type of support best suits your needs. As a general rule, our contracts are priced by monthly support. Contracted support includes standard checks, in which a technician will visit your site(s) and perform standard maintenence operations on the server, workstations, and/or network equipment, and ensure that all equipment and software is operating properly.
